Thomas Bornemann leads several major consumer products accounts in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro market for EY. He has also served as the global managing partner for consumer products at Clarkston Consulting for 11 years. Thomas has 30 years of international business experience split equally between industry and professional services, principally focused on the consumer products industry.

Errol Gardner

Errol is the Global Deputy Vice-Chair of EY’s Advisory Services. In this role he is responsible for strategy and operations across EY’s Advisory Services worldwide and also focuses on addressing the disruption and pace of change affecting EY clients and the consulting industry globally. Errol has over 25 years of professional services experience having worked previously with PwC and IBM. He joined EY as a Partner in 2009.

In his previous role at EY, Errol was the global leader for the technology consulting practice, which delivers innovative IT solutions and services to businesses. He also held several client and practice leadership positions in EY’s Financial Services business in Europe.

Drazen Nikolic

Drazen Nikolic is a Partner at EY’s Advisory business. He has over 25 years of international experience shaping information and technology based solutions as well as the delivery of complex IT systems for global companies.

In his current role Drazen is leading Analytics services for the GSA region. His focus is on supporting international clients in shaping and delivering analytics enabled solutions from commercial excellence to supply chain optimization as well as internal audit functions. Frank Thewihsen

Frank is a partner leading the EMEIA Supply Chain and Operations business of EY. He has joined EY in 2011 from A.T. Kearney, where he had been leading the EMEA Procurement Solutions and Analytics team.
During his 15 years in consulting, he has led numerous Supply Chain and procurement transformation and cost reduction programs, with a strong view towards innovative and disruptive technologies. He has deep experience in the airline, automotive and manufacturing sector.

Tony Klimas
Partner, Ernst & Young Advisory

Tony is a member of the Global PI Executive with global responsibility for EY’s PI Finance sub-service line. He is an experienced consultant with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of industries. His areas of expertise include finance transformation; process design and reengineering; shared services/offshoring and BPO advisory. He also has significant experience with a variety of enterprise software packages having led major projects involving Oracle Financials, SAP, Peoplesoft and Hyperion. He has significant international experience in Europe, Asia and the emerging markets, and has travelled extensively in his global role. Tony has broad industry experience in a variety of industries including the automotive, media and entertainment, retail, high technology, consumer goods, and chemicals and manufacturing industries.

Maria Rey-Marston
Principal, Ernst & Young

Maria Rey-Marston is a Principal in EY’s Supply Chain and Operations and Performance Improvement advisory practice. She leads teams across EY to help clients innovate and optimize processes in ways that deliver superior market response and improved financial performance.
Maria has worked with leading beverages and consumer goods companies around the world, supporting them to execute strategies that connect supply chain operations, innovative commercial processes and financial performance. Her experience includes projects in operating model design, business strategic transformation, performance management, supply chain strategy and digital demand strategies. Maria is passionate about sharing her knowledge with the next generation of leaders and encouraging them to act. She has taught at graduate level in a number of top-tier universities.

Stephan Salmann
Partner, Advisory, Ernst & Young GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft

Stephan Salmann is a consultant at EY´s IT Advisory Services with focus on IT strategy, major transformation programs and digital business transformation. He joined EY in 2014 and has 25 years of experience in IT consulting and business–IT alignment. Stephan Salmann is a thought leader in digital transformation Projects. He developed an innovation funnel concept consisting of labs, incubators and accelerators. He set the das morphological box for disruptive drivers to be applied to the value chain of EY´s customers. He is familiar with a lot of new technologies like semantic analysis, proximity solutions, cloud platforms, BI and many more.

Martyn Whistler
Associate Director, Knowledge, Ernst & Young LLP

Martyn Whistler is EY’s Lead Analyst for Media and Entertainment and has around 20 years of experience helping global media companies make sense of emerging industry trends. His approach is very much cross-sectors but primarily on digital media, working increasingly with disruptors around technologies such as blockchain and AI. Wherever possible, he focuses on the upside of digital and technology disruption and its impact on customer engagement, competitiveness and growth. Projects he’s worked on include working with pay-TV operators on their channel and content strategies, the transition of traditional, offline brands onto digital platforms, the impact of digital on organizational change and the exploitation of media rights by global sports federations. From time-to-time he also writes for EY on the future of smart technologies, casting a wider lens across industries. Prior to joining EY, Martyn was part of the media practice at McKinsey.

Manoj Jha
Director, Advisory Services, EY

Manoj Jha is a director in EY’s Business Advisory Services practice in India and focuses on ERP Advisory Services.
He is based out of Mumbai and has an overall experience of more than 20 years. Prior to joining EY, he has worked with IBM, PeopleSoft-JDE, SAP and HCL. Manoj’s areas of interest include program and project management, alliance and partner management, large account management and
technology-enabled business transformation.

Paul van Kessel
Global Leader, Cybersecurity services – EY Advisory

Paul joined EY in the Netherlands (1984). He held various leadership positions in the Netherlands. In 1995, he became a member of the global risk management team. He became the managing partner for EY’s risk services in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa in 2003 and led the global risk services practice from 2006 till October 2016. Since November 2016, he is responsible for EY Advisory’s global cybersecurity services.

Paul built his client-service experience throughout his career. He has worked for major international clients mainly in the banking, insurance, retail, technology and gaming industry. He has also spent a number of years seconded into various organizations in leadership roles such as director of internal audit and chief risk officer. During 18 years of his career (1988-2006), Paul worked part-time at one of the Dutch universities; the last 6 years as professor focusing on accounting and information systems research.

Cheryl Martin
Partner/Principal, Other Advisory

Cheryl is the Partner leading our Financial Services Cyber Security Advisory practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in information security, data security, business continuity, data privacy, data protection and risk transformation programs. She joined EY in September 2014, having previously been Global CISO in Oil and Gas operation, security advisor on the UK Smart Metering Programme and responsible for security transformation programs within financial services organization.

Barak Ravid

Prior to EY, Christian was over six years at IBM Consulting Group in leading positions.

Axel Preiss
Partner, Advisory, EY

Axel Preiss is a senior partner in the Advisory practice, part of the Oil & Gas strategy group, focusing on transformation and performance improvement in the oil and gas sector. He joined EY in 2011 and is based in Europe. Beatriz has been a partner in the firm for 10 years in various roles within EMEIA and Asia-Pac. During her career, she has also held senior positions with leading companies where she was responsible for establishing analytics and innovation as core competencies.

Rob Dongoski
Global Agribusiness Leader, Ernst & Young LLP

Rob currently leads the Agribusiness sector for EY globally. He has experience across an array of agri sub-sectors, including row crops, livestock processing and agri equipment, and various functional areas, including strategy, M&A, digital, precision agriculture and innovative business models. Andy Baldwin
